Wondaleaf Flat Dressing is a single-use, non-invasive, non-resorbable, non-sterile polyurethane mechanical barrier film dressing with adhesive backing intended to provide compression for a wound that heals by secondary intent whereby the dermis has not been breached.

Wondaleaf Flat Dressing may also be used to manage the microenvironment of a wound that heals by primary intent whereby the dermis may or may not have been breached. It achieves a moist wound environment by allowing the exchange of gases such as oxygen and water vapor through its membrane. |

| Contra Indication | While there are no absolute contraindications to the use of Wondaleaf Flat Dressing, it is not recommended for the material be applied over deep cavity wounds, third degree burns, or wounds that show evidence of clinical infection. It should not be directly applied to the open wounds. |
| Caution | 1. Wondaleaf Flat Dressing is a Class II medical device and is designed for wounds that heal by primary intent. 2. Cut Wondaleaf Flat Dressing to the correct size prior to application. 3. During application, if Wondaleaf Flat Dressing sticks to itself, do not attempt to peel the adhesive section apart, as this may damage Wondaleaf Flat Dressing. Instead, please use another piece. 4. After application, if the sides of Wondaleaf Flat Dressing roll up, please additional breathable, transparent adhesive tape to reinforce the sides. 5. Clean the area you will apply Wondaleaf Flat Dressing to by wiping off any moisture, dirt, or other contamination. The presence of any contamination or moisture between Wondaleaf Flat Dressing and its affixed surface may affect the adhesiveness of Wondaleaf Flat Dressing. 6. If rash, redness, itching, etc. appear due to use of this product, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Use with caution if you are prone to rashes. 7. Wondaleaf Flat Dressing should not be swallowed, ingested, or used as an invasive device. |
