| Direction for Use | Wind about 45cm of floss around the middle fingers, then hold with the thumbs and index fingers. Gently slide the floss in between two teeth. Move the floss up and down to rub it against the sides of each tooth to remove food debris and plaque. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth. |
