| Direction for Use | The insoles that came in your shoes are probably removable - TAKE THEM OUT FIRST. To test for size, place the insoles against the back of your removable insoles, lining up the heels of both. If needed, trim the new insoles to your shoe size, using the guide at the bottom of the insoles (near toes). If your shoes' insoles can't be removed, simply trim the Dr. Scholl's insoles to your shoe size. Slide the insole into your shoe, toe area first, with the fabric side UP. Ensure that insole lays flat against the bottom of your shoe, especially in the toe area, and that the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe. If it doesn't fit without bunching, especially in the toe area, continue to trim as needed. Replace the insoles every six (6) months or at the first sign of wear. |
