Quick Overview	Guardian hot & cold body pack comes with dual therapy. Hot therapy to relieve cramps and muscle aches Cold therapy to relieve fever, inflammation, pain and swelling. It is microwaveable, freezable and reusable.
Direction for Use	Microwave Method: Flatten pad in microwave and heat for 30 seconds in medium wave. Allow to cool for 10 seconds before direct application. If more heat is required, put into microwave oven and heat for further 5-10 seconds. Note: Do not overheat in microwave beyond recommended time and not greater than 800W power. Hot Water Method: Immerse in hot water, approximately 80C, for about 10 minutes, and do not heat the water further. Wrap in dry towel before applying. Use as Cold Therapy: Lay flat and store in freezer for at least 2 hours. Allow to defrost for 3-5 minutes before use. Wrap in dry towel before applying.
Ingredients	Gel component: WATER (60%-70%) GLYCERINE (20%-30 %) POLYMER OF ACRYLIC ACID (5%-10%) Bitrex (a.k.a Denatonium Benzoate) (<1%) Brilliant blue FCF (<1%)
Contra Indication	Not suitable for persons with blood circulation problems or diabetic conditions, unless as directed by a doctor.
Caution	1. For external use only. 2. Recommended to apply to the skin for 20 minutes at a time with 1 hour interval in between. 3. If contents come in contact with skin, mouth or eyes, wash with water immediately. 4. Stop using if skin irritation or redness occurs and consult a doctor. 5. Children should use only under adult supervision. 6. Keep out of reach of children.
