(c) Vouchers used in bad faith, such as resold vouchers or the use of vouchers by customers purchasing products for the purpose of reselling.

Voucher Usage and Refund Policy

Vouchers are applied proportionally across all items in a single transaction, based on each item’s value relative to the total order value.
In the event of a refund, cancellation, or out-of-stock item, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the proportion of the voucher value allocated to that specific item.
Customers will therefore not be entitled to receive the full product price as a refund if a voucher was used, but only the net amount actually paid after the voucher discount has been applied proportionally.
Voucher values are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be reinstated once applied to an order.
